1970 Enfield L39A1 7.62 x 51 Military version target rifle. Matching numbers to bolt, action and woodwork. Has correct CR141A magazine and fitted with a PH5C target rear sight complete with variable Iris. Very good overall condition including the barrel. The 1970 photo taken in Andersonstown appears to be the L42A1 sniper version of the L39A1. The L39A1 is believed to have been used by the SAS in the Falklands as they didn’t like the scope on the L42A1.
